Features
Feed & Diafiltration Pump System
Low-shear peristaltic feed pump delivers flow rates up to 2900 mL/min. PLC-controlled operation with selectable modes: Constant flow rate (CFR) and Constant transmembrane pressure (TMP). An integrated feed pump is responsible for retentate circulation or buffer replenishment during diafiltration.
Operating Parameters & Data Management
The system acquires all operating parameters at 1 Hz frequency, automatically recording critical data including feed pressure, retentate pressure, permeate pressure, differential pressure (ΔP),
transmembrane pressure (TMP), pump speed, filtrate flow rate, and weight. Data exports directly to Excel-compatible files for GMP-compliant record-keeping, with batch reports auto-generated in PDF/CSV formats.
Integrated Weighing Platform
Dual electronic balances provide real-time weight monitoring of the retentate vessel, enabling automated continuous diafiltration (CD) control, precise concentration endpoint detection, and filtrate quantification for recovery rate calculation.
Flexible Membrane Configuration
Compatible with proprietary hollow fiber cartridges and industry-standard flat sheet cassettes or Cerulean flat sheet cassettes.
Capacity
The system processes samples from 50 mL to 10 L within a single platform.
Automatic TMP Regulation
Standard configuration includes automatic proportional valves on feed and permeate ends, achieving automatic TMP regulation.
Intuitive HMI Controls
A 10.1-inch touchscreen delivers interactive SOP-guided operation with real-time monitoring of flow rates, temperatures, pressures, and system status. Automated TMP regulation is ach- ieved through feed/permeate proportional valves, while integrated pressure sensors on feed/ retentate lines enable continuous ΔP/TMP calculation and protein-protective pressure limits.
Advanced Process Vessel
Standard system includes 1L process vessel with bottom stirring function and weighing mod- ule. Enables real-time solution mixing, automatic weight control in the tank, achieving autom- atic continuous dialysis and concentration endpoint control. The vessel bottom adopts conical design for complete liquid drainage.
Real-time Process Visualization
A dynamic P&ID schematic displays live pump speeds, feed flow rates, tri-path pressures (feed/ retentate/permeate), temperature, ΔP, TMP, conductivity, pH, and UV readings. Trend analytics provide at-a-glance parameter tracking to accelerate process development and optimization.
Anti-Polarization Assurance
The magnetic stirring system actively disrupts concentration polarization gradients during opera- tion, maintaining consistent filtration efficiency.
Pressure Parameter Setting
Set pressure parameters to prevent excessively high or low pressure during operation from affe- cting protein activity recovery rate, and to compensate for insufficient manual monitoring.
